Aqui Aca is a web application provided by Reflexive Labs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) designed for tracking school attendance.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4.2. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

5.1. The Aqui Aca service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reflexive Labs, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us.
